I am a firm believer in Edith Piaf and her refrain of *No Regrets*. For me, regret stems predominantly from three illusions:

1) the illusion of our capacity to change something that is in the past

2) the illusion of trusting an unknown future over our known present

3) the illusion of regret itself, as we could not realize the consequences of an choice without pursuing it first.

Decisions are difficult, they are influenced by constantly shifting emotions, subconscious narratives, external pressures or limits and fear of making the “wrong” one.

Just know that you cannot make a wrong decision, you can only learn to adapt to what unravels in real time. At each moment we are doing our best to make sense of our environment and ourselves, do not punish yourself with regret—-reward yourself with compassion and determination.

Community Update

I’m very happy to submit this newsletter on time this month. Plus I added the CD Booklet to the playlist, which was a fun project for me to work on! You may think what a simple task, but having swam through the bogs of my depression the last few weeks, I feel proud and relieved that I am more stable and focused these past few days. I say CELEBRATE SMALL VICTORIES. I can feel my mind and body slowly shake off the film and dust, but I also remain patient with myself and as non-judging as I can. I want to say I think all of you are incredible—-I see you from a distance living your lives and doing so much for yourself, your families, your friends, even strangers. The amount of energy we exert as a community is massive, enough to birth an entire new planet. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, defeated, confused, just know that when I look at you I see is strength and beauty.I am eternally grateful to have you alongside me on this journey. Thank you for all the love you put into the world, especially toward me.
